Trust Restored
Gabe is closing out his first term without taking lobbyist money, pushing back on the old Capitol culture of trading votes, pork spending, and insider favors.
Trust Restored
Teacher. Advocate. Constitutional conservative. A first-term representative running on public trust, no lobbyist money, and a promise to return power to the people.
Gabe Woolley is asking District 98 voters to keep moving forward with a representative who fights corruption, resists bloated spending, and treats the office like public service instead of political lifestyle.
Gabe is closing out his first term without taking lobbyist money, pushing back on the old Capitol culture of trading votes, pork spending, and insider favors.
Gabe's record centers on reforming Oklahoma's troubled DHS system, demanding accountability, stronger oversight, and results families can actually trust.
From foreign-law protections to protecting children from gender-transition procedures, the campaign is framing Gabe as someone who will keep taking firm votes even when they are unpopular.
The sign says it plainly and the site reinforces it: Gabe is running as a grassroots conservative who wants power returned to the people, not the Capitol donor network.
Background
Gabe Woolley is an experienced educator, advocate, and Oklahoma legislator representing District 98. Before his election he spent nine years teaching in Tulsa, and the campaign biography positions that classroom experience as part of a broader commitment to families, parental rights, transparency, and accountability.
Through documentaries, podcasts, public testimony, and local organizing, Gabe has worked to amplify Oklahoma voices. The campaign message is intentionally direct: an elected office should function as service to the people, governed by the Constitution and answerable to the district.
Gabe spent nine years working in education in Tulsa before entering the Legislature.
He serves Broken Arrow and District 98 as a Republican and constitutional conservative.
His advocacy has included family-rights work, documentaries, podcasts, and amplifying Oklahoma stories.

Gabe is a recognized leader in DHS reform, a sponsor of legislation preventing foreign laws from being implemented in Oklahoma, and a lawmaker who consistently pushes back against taxpayer-funded waste.
Issues
Gabe is running to restore public trust, defend faith, family, life, and constitutional rights, lower taxes and utility costs, and keep Oklahoma government accountable to the people instead of insiders.
Save Oklahoma
Gabe has made clear his support for Jim Shaw's Save Oklahoma Plan. This section pulls together the major themes tied to that plan: lower property taxes, lower utility rates, local control, reliable energy, and stronger protection for Oklahoma landowners and families.
Use reform savings to cut property taxes, starting with immediate relief for seniors and working toward a tax structure that respects actual ownership.
Push back on speculative project costs, green-agenda subsidies, and the steady utility-rate increases being shifted onto Oklahoma families.
Support dependable, low-cost energy, including natural gas, clean coal, and nuclear, so the lights stay on and costs stay grounded in reality.
Stand against foreign ownership of Oklahoma farmland and other land-use decisions that move control away from local communities.
Call out wasteful environmental policies, biosludge concerns, and large projects forced onto property owners without real local buy-in.
Link border security, transparent elections, and accountable government to a broader goal of restoring confidence in state leadership.
